Aaron Hartman founded Summit Flooring Group in 2012 with 14 years' experience in flooring installation.

Amanda brings 17 years of experience in office management, financing, and accounting.

Derek Evans joined the SFG team in 2018 as an installer. He quickly was promoted to Estimator and is now Lead Estimator and Director of Commercial Flooring.

Matt Hartman joined SFG in 2010. As Head of Production, he leads our crew of subcontractors and professional installers, with over ten years of experience.

Michael is a UC Berkley alumni, with a major in acoustical engineering. With 11 years of flooring industry experience, specializing in high end & antique wood floor design & finishing.
